Movement Analysis Videos: SIMM: Volleyball Spike
The animation shows someone spiking a volleyball, with a plot of the height of the person’s pelvis. This is a stock animation collected by Motion Analysis, but it could be compared to the spike of an expert volleyball player to identify differences in technique and timing. Note that the conversion of this video to Flash resulted in an altered aspect ratio.
